The Home and Community Care Packages are planned and coordinated packages of low care services provided to assist elderly people with their care needs. These packages are unique to each care recipient’s needs and are designed to assist elderly people remain in their homes. These services include personal care, domestic care, light home and garden maintenance, and respite. The services provided are flexible and change as the individual’s needs change. The HCPs provided by Tripoli and Mena cater for the Arabic speaking aged community, and service the Sydney metropolitan area.
