Polish Community Care Services has been operating for 25 years across Victoria. We employ our own staff all of whom have undergone Police and reference checks. We provide services such as:

Our case managers/co-ordinators are trained to assist you getting the best value out of your Home Care Package and provide you with a personalised plan that you have agreed to. You will be provided with services that you choose all at an affordable cost.
