With a range of personal and support service options, these packages are designed to meet your changing support and care needs. A level 1 or 2 package is designed to meet your basic and low level care needs in order to allow you to remain in your own home and support your independence. These services may include: Personal services – Help with showering or bathing, dressing and mobility, and/or Support services – Help with washing and ironing, house cleaning, gardening, basic home maintenance, home modifications related to your care needs, and transport to help you do shopping, visit your doctor or attend social activities.
